i just found this in my notepad files. i think i’m going to restart my princess diet :)
To be a princess, you must think like a princess~ so this now means you have to:
Drink 2litres of water a day.
Eat under or equal to 1200 calories a day.
Don’t count fruit or vegetables as extra calories (Snow Whites, keep away from the poison ones!)
NO JUNK FOOD. That means no burgers, no fries, no chocolate: NO JUNK.
Exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.
DANCE TO AT LEAST 5 SONGS A DAY. You’re a princess now, and all princesses love to dance!
Sleep 8 hours or more each night.
Read something, whether it be a chapter of a book or an article in a magazine/newspaper.
Moisturise your skin before you go to bed and when you wake up.
When you’re feeling down, have a nap or paint your nails. Make yourself feel pretty or laugh at little things.
Think positively. :)
